Sam Bapasola spent over 15 years as a buy-side analyst at BlackRock, where he specialized in uncovering undervalued investment opportunities through rigorous financial modeling and due diligence. He now leads the underwriting, market analysis, and acquisition strategy for our portfolio—sourcing both on- and off-market deals at below-market pricing. Sam oversees construction and renovation projects, lease audits, and tenant negotiations with a sharp focus on maximizing cash flow, reducing risk, and building durable value.

Liz Bapasola
Partner
Liz Bapasola holds a doctorate in Higher Education Leadership and previously served as an executive college administrator, managing complex operations and strategic initiatives across institutions. She brings that same level of operational excellence to real estate—coordinating with brokers, managing lease-up strategies, interfacing with township officials, and leading backend financials and investor reporting. Liz ensures that every asset under management operates efficiently, compliantly, and profitably.
